Instructions for Registration

  1. At least one author for each accepted paper must register under category 1 or 2.
  2. Author can present maximum of two papers. However, each paper needs to be registered seperately.
  3. At least one author must present their accepted paper in the conference for consideration of publication on IEEE Xplore. The presenter must be a registered author for the conference.
  4. Registration fee includes publication fees, registration kit, conference lunch.
  5. Registration fee is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  6. If required, Student registrants may be asked to submit their institute ID proof to avail the discount in registration fees.

Important Notes

  1. Registration category should be chosen appropriately from the aforementioned table.
  2. Early Bird Registration closes on July 30, 2023 Aug 01, 2023 (Till 4 PM).
  3. Payment gateway charges along with applicable taxes or levies, if any, will have to be borne by the registrant.
  4. Registration fees are not refundable or non-transferable.
  5. Please keep a copy of the generated transaction ID by the payment gateway as well as by your bank. These may be required, if you need to track your payment/registration later.
  6. Please note, CCPIS 2023 organizing committee will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by improper transactions during registration process in CCPIS 2023.
  7. Participation certificate will be provided to the registered Attendees.
